2. Complete your profile
You will receive a confirmation email that will bring your to the creation of your profile.
3. Complete your payment
Complete your membership payment by credit card. A confirmation email will be sent to welcome you to our community.

Welcome to ApexGolf ! Your are now part of the ApexGolf community, you can now benefits from all the ApexGolf perks.
How to reserve your game
1. Connect to the platform
First, log into our platform by entering your email address and password. You'll be redirected to the home page of our members' area.
2. Choice of availability
In the welcome section, you'll be able to see a list of our partner courses and the number of ApexGolf places still available. Once you've made your choice, simply click on the course and a link will redirect you to their own online reservation page. Select your tee time as you normally would for that day, the steps can be repeated the other way around.
3. Invite other members or guests
Once your tee time is selected, you can complete your reservation by adding your ApexGolf membership number as a guest or the email addresses of the guests who will be accompanying you. You will then all receive an email confirming your reservation. All that's left to do is enjoy your round of golf at the ApexGolf price! You will be charged by Apex Golf 5-7 days after your round.

Why should I become an ApexGolf member?
Several advantages are available to you when you become an ApexGolf member. First you save between 30-40% of the price of the round at all times. If you play more than ten rounds per year, you will definitely save money!
Can I invite non-ApexGolf members when making my reservation?
Sure ! You can even invite non-members from our platform by indicating their email address during your departure reservation. However, you must be a member to take advantage of the Apex price.
Is it possible to cancel my reservation in case of bad weather or other valid reasons?
We are golfers too. We know very well that mother nature can play tricks on us without expecting it. It will be possible to cancel the reservation 24 hours in advance without having to indicate the reason. It is also possible to cancel the same day of the reservation, by telephone, or by personalized email. Otherwise, in some cases we ask you to report your reservation with a valid reason. We give ourselves the right to charge for the round insofar as there is a last minute cancellation abuse.
What happens if I lose my ApexGolf membership card?
This is not the end of the world. You can email us requesting another card and we will mail it to you. If you do not have your card returned to the golf course to confirm your presence, all you have to do is give your membership number to the reception clerk as well as an identity document identifying you (driver’s license).
Satisfaction guaranteed
We are confident that our platform will meet your expectations. If, following your membership, you are not satisfied, we can reimburse you, no questions asked. Note, however, that if you have taken advantage of your benefits and played at least one round at Apex’s preferential rates, you are not eligible for this refund.
