How Does it Work
HOW TO BOOK A GREEN FEE
Booking your ApexGolf spot is simple. Just follow these steps:
Go to your profile
Tap Make a Booking
Select New Booking
Choose your date
Select your region
Choose your course
Add a buddy (optional)
If your tee time isn’t booked yet, choose one of the available booking options. Once your tee time is confirmed (or if a friend booked it), click Next
Enter your tee time
Tap Confirm
HOW TO CANCEL A GREEN FEE
Cancelling a green fee or your “Apex spot” is simple. Please remember to cancel your tee time if you can’t make it.
Here’s how:
Go to your profile
Scroll down to Booking Details
Select your reservation
Tap Cancel
Confirm by selecting Yes, Cancel
HOW TO INVITE A BUDDY
You can invite a buddy in the app to make future reservations easier. Here’s how:
Go to your profile
Scroll down and tap “Add a Buddy”
Enter your buddy’s name
Send the invite
Once added, you’ll be able to invite them to your next reservations.
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD
To update your payment method:
Go to your profile
Scroll down to Payment Method
Tap Edit Card
Update your credit card details

Cancellations Policies
Weather Related Cancellations
Cancellations due to weather will be accepted if the golf course is accepting them.
ApexGolf Green Fees are billed as scheduled to the Member’s account if the golf course is not accepting cancellations due to weather.
All weather-related cancellations must be made BEFORE YOU TEE OFF.
Once you tee off, the entire round is considered to have been played and the Member’s account will be billed as scheduled.
You will not be billed if the golf course is closed due to weather.
To avoid any accidental charges, please call, email, or text us if the course is closed, as we may not be aware of the closure. This does not apply to a course closure after you tee off.
Rain Check Policy
ApexGolf does not issue rain checks. Once you tee off, the round is considered played. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellations due to weather are permitted if made before tee-off. See weather-Related Cancellations.
Late Cancellation Fees
Late cancellation fees start at 50% of the Preferred Green Fee in question, unless they are confirmed weather related scenarios
No Shows
If you make a tee time with a golf course and fail to show up without prior notification you may be charged for a regular rate green fee from that golf course as well as a preferred rate green fee from ApexGolf.
