Lachute Golf Club- Watson Course (#2)
The short par-5 4th hole of the Thompson Course is a sight for sore eyes after three very long opening holes. A birdie is waiting for you if you can avoid the long grass and deep greenside bunkers.
Parcours Watson was created by Howard Watson, a native of Lachute and a protege of Stanley Thompson, and opened in 1961 for members only. With a modern layout for the time, extending over 7,000 yards, the course remains today an excellent challenge for any golfer.

Glendale- Elite course

The 6948 yard course with a slope of 136, entirely in bentgrass, the Elite has become the favorite of all golfers.
The paths are narrow, well cut and marked by mature trees. It has a sophisticated irrigation system.
You will find between 4 and 7 tee markers per hole depending on your handicap. This panoramic course with its white sand traps, 7 bodies of water and three grass cutting heights is a delight for the eyes. Its floral and landscaping arrangements are in harmony with the superb forest setting.
Easy to walk to, the Elite is located in an urban environment of exceptional tranquility

This 18-hole par 72 course with a distance of 6213 yards with a slope of 125, is sown with bluegrass which defines the quality of this course. With its various tee boxes, its wide fairways that are more forgiving of errors, its superb floral arrangements and its undulating greens requiring good skill, this course, easy to walk on is pleasant and pleasant to play. The Ancestral remains an interesting course where the chances of a birdie are more than obvious

The hole number 12, a par-5 of more than 550 yards allows you to have fun over long distances. Good energy management is strategic at the end of the course since the last two par 3s are colossal challenges, with distances of 180 and 196 yards.
A good round of golf is always at the mercy of the end of the course!
The completely wooded environment of the Verchères course is very peaceful and quickly makes you forget the city. Tee shots and approaches to greens must be precise, fairways are narrow and greens are small. Mistrust must be in play at hole number 4, a spectacular par-4 that requires careful strokes.

Club de Golf Le Verchère (Le Madeleine)

This first stretch of the Madeleine course kicks off with a high shot, offering a great view of the countryside and the challenge ahead. Completely redesigned and refurbished by Cooke & Huxam in 2003, the first nine holes feature a variety of hazards with 28 sand traps, two lakes and exposed fairways.
The return from the Madeleine route is a completely different environment. Entirely wooded, this section is played with skill, in the heart of paths lined with mature trees. Holes 13 and 18, two par 4s, require good strategy and impeccable execution.

Golf de l’Île de Montreal (Island Course)
Hole number 8 is the famous par 5 with the Island which notably bears the name of the course. It’s short, but watch your second shot, your entry to the green may be in the water.
The Nature Park of the “Pointe-aux-Prairies” borders this course. Its bushes, marshy spaces, water obstacles, splendid reeds, wild flowers and a superb variety of mature trees characterize it.

Golf de l’Île de Montréal (Ireland Course)
Even if the entire course stands out for its beauty, the 2nd hole certainly arouses curiosity. A beautiful par 5 with several sand traps that play on the tee shot, even for a par 5, the par is not guaranteed.
This course, open to wind and pot bunker type sand traps, will challenge the boldest players. Moreover, three double greens, with gigantic dimensions, testify the original character of this course inspired by the origins of the game of golf.
Most importantly, five sets of starting tees make this course accessible to all level of golfers.
The Ireland Course (links course) has an exotic layout. The striking features will make you imagine you have crossed the Atlantic. You will have the impression of being alone on the course, since the majestic relief of the dunes isolate you from the other fairways.
